Mineral Oils to Ease Aches and Pains

Mineral Oils to Ease Aches and Pains

We all know the importance of staying hydrated in preventing muscle cramps.  Many of us may take magnesium supplements for heart and bone health.  A friend recently recommended I purchase a magnesium oil spray for my nightly leg cramps and WOW what a difference!  My friend has Parkinson's disease so I knew her advice was worth heeding but I never expected the degree of relief I experienced.  It only took about 15 minutes and I was sound asleep again.  I have found that, despite being an oil, my skin seemed a bit drier than usual but that's easily solved with some moisturizer.  You'll also want to wash your hands after applying because it tastes awful.  Minor inconveniences considering the benefits of a good night sleep.

Do you have any quick tips I can share?  Let me know!
